\n\nRequirements / Qualifications\n

- Minimum 1 year experience as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) in a hospital or core lab setting\n
- ASCP certification or equivalent preferred (MLS, MT credentials welcome)\n
- Availability and ability to work evening shifts in a fast-paced clinical lab\n
- Strong attention to detail, quality control, and adherence to lab protocols\n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to collaborate with nursing and clinical staff\n
- Familiarity with routine and specialized Core Lab testing and instrumentation\n

- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in the hospital Core Laboratory (chemistry, hematology, coagulation, and related assays)\n
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot clinical laboratory analyzers and equipment according to protocols\n
- Ensure accurate, timely reporting of test results to support patient care and clinical decision-making\n
- Follow quality assurance, safety, and regulatory compliance standards (CLIA, CAP best practices)\n
- Collaborate with clinical teams and laboratory leadership to maintain workflow and specimen integrity\n
