Job Summary:
To perform a variety of clerical and record keeping duties to support the Inventory Control and Workflow of the department. The essential duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of those required on the job. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Process & return Work Orders in Ross and RedPrairie.
- Document information on Product Specific Packaging Records. Process FedEx packages as needed.
- Schedule truck shipments daily, and Process returns.
- Understand cycle counts to maintain proper inventory.
- Address and inventory Discrepancies. Order Miscellaneous gowning supplies
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous work experience in a warehouse/shipping area
- No FDA sanctions
- DEA background checks are required prior to being allowed to perform duties in the control cage and the C2 vault
- Previous experience working in Receiving/Shipping warehouse preferred
- Basic Microsoft software experience.
