Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Washington State
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Direct school-based SLP experience preferred, with ability to support a diverse K-12 population
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to delivering in-person services from August 31, 2026, through June 16, 2027
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within a school setting
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide therapy sessions, progress monitoring, and clear documentation
- Communicate effectively with teachers and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a knowledgeable team member
- Adjust plans as needed to accommodate changing caseloads
