Job Title: Remote Call Center / Collection Associate
Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Hours 11:30am - 8pm (Mon- Fri)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center/Collection Associates to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls to assist customers with overdue accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• Contact customers with past-due accounts to discuss payment solutions
• Clearly explain account details and payment options
• Negotiate and set up payment plans in accordance with company policies
• Document all call activity and customer interactions accurately in the system
• Meet or exceed individual and team collection goals
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service while remaining firm and professional

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus
• 1+ year of call center or collections experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Proficient in basic computer systems and CRM platforms
• Work Environment:
• 100% remote position with provided training and support
• Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection
• Standard business hours with potential for some evening shifts
