Requirements
- 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (through work, military, or education)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions and follow procedures accurately
- Integrity and professionalism in dealing with customers and team members
- Availability to work a schedule that may include Saturdays
- Eligible to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship not available)
What you’ll do
- Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging with customers
- Promote digital banking tools and refer customers to appropriate banking services
- Support daily operational activities and ensure compliance with policies
- Identify customer needs and connect them to suitable financial solutions
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and maintain strong relationships
