Lattitude has an immediate full-time opening for our Sales Associate team in Suwanee, GA, supporting the continued expansion of roofing and home remodeling services. This role is a strong foundation for individuals looking to grow quickly into higher-level sales and leadership positions.
We provide hands-on training in roofing and remodeling fundamentals, project onboarding, customer communication, and managing home improvement projects from start to finish—no prior industry experience required.

What You’ll Do As A Sales Associate:

Speak with homeowners to explain roofing and remodeling services and assess project needs

Guide customers through the process from initial consultation to project kickoff

Build trust and deliver a top-tier customer experience throughout the project lifecycle

Collect and manage customer information accurately within our CRM

Answer questions around materials, timelines, and project expectations

Identify customer needs and recommend the best roofing or remodeling solutions

Track activity, follow-ups, and pipeline in CRM systems

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Attend weekly trainings and sales meetings to sharpen your skills
