Reports to: Manager of Success Team


The Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the entire Success Team with a variety of tasks that keep the team organized, on schedule, and effective. The primary role of the Account Coordinator is to be the project manager for onboarding Syncore Partners. An Account Coordinator must have a strong capacity for multitasking, effective time management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. This role is foundational for the Success Team’s success.

In this role you will:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Partners via shared and individual email inbox (2hr daily)
  • Support the VP of Partner Success and Success Team Managers by running reports (1hr daily)
  • Run reporting and assess Partner metrics to create Business Reviews (1-2x weekly)
  • Handle project management tasks and coordinate with other departments as needed (1hr daily)
  • Varied deliverables related to onboarding of new Partners (such as creating timelines, administrative tasks, and communication with other roles in the Success Team) (3hr daily)
  • Continually train for professional growth within the Success Team (0.5hr daily)
  • Learn and incorporate Facilisgroup’s Core Values and industry best practices into daily tasks

Collaboration During Onboarding and Implementation


The Account Coordinator works hand in hand with the Strategic Account Advisor (SAA) and the Partner during onboarding and implementation. In this capacity, the Account Coordinator acts as the project manager for all aspects of onboarding, implementation, and training. This includes coordinating tasks, creating schedule, ensuring timelines are met, and facilitating communication between all parties to guarantee a smooth and successful onboarding experience.

Success will be determined by:

  • Inbox: Initial response time of less than 24 hours, first email resolution, professionalism within email communication
  • Data & Reporting: Report completion & accuracy
  • Coordination: Overall success and organization within the Success Team
  • Partner Implementation: Effective communication with the Partner, Training team, and SAA to follow the implementation schedule.
  • Professional Growth: Continuing to understand Syncore software and grow their knowledge of the Partner Community
