Join Latitude Therapy as a Summer Camp Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in St. Peters, MO, and spend your summer helping children grow, learn, and thrive through compassionate, evidence‑based care.

As a Summer Camp RBT, you’ll work directly with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), providing 1:1 ABA and group therapy in a fun, supportive camp environment.

This role is an ideal opportunity for students, recent graduates, and professionals seeking summer employment, hands‑on clinical experience, or a short‑term ABA position with purpose. It is especially well suited for college students and aspiring educators, paraprofessionals, RBTs, and individuals pursuing degrees in occupational therapy, physical therapy, or speech‑language pathology, with flexible summer or school‑year scheduling available!

Pay: $19 - $26 / hour

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:15 PM
  • Ideal for seasonal availability
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities
  • Summer Camp runs from June 2nd - July 31st - If you have ESY, vacation or other obligations already in place- we'll work around your schedule!

Training & Certification

  • We’ll support you in completing your RBT Coursework, a credential you can carry with you throughout your career

  • Provide 1:1 ABA and group therapy in a seasonal location
  • Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
  • Run skill acquisition programs with consistency and accuracy
  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
  • Submit session notes and documentation as required
  • Communicate regularly with BCBAs and clinical supervisors
  • Support clients with daily living skills when needed (e.g., toileting, hygiene)
  • Respond to challenging behaviors using training and protocols provided

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • RBT coursework is required before the start of Summer Camp. Individuals who are not RBT certified must complete the 40-hour course prior to their first day. Course completion takes a minimum of 5 days to complete.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass background checks
  • Comfortable working with children with special needs
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and physically respond in tough situations
