Millwrights play a key role in installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting heavy industrial machineryensuring production lines, power systems, and equipment stay safe, efficient, and reliable.
What You'll Do
- Install and align machinery such as pumps, compressors, conveyors, turbines, and generators.

Align and level machines using precision tools like laser alignment systems, micrometers, and levels to ensure smooth operation.
- Assemble, disassemble, and rebuild complex mechanical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.

Perform preventive maintenance, lubrication, and equipment adjustments.

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

Work safely around heavy equipment in industrial settings such as manufacturing plants, power facilities, and refineries.
Basic Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- E-Verify eligibility required.
- Background check conducted in accordance with client requirements.
- Must be presentable and prepared for interviews.

What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
