Salary: Up to $105,000
We’re looking for an experienced accounting professional ready to take the next step into a Controller role at an innovative startup in the clean energy space. If you're a Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or Assistant Controller eager to join a mission-driven company at a pivotal stage of growth , this is your opportunity.
You’ll be responsible for:
Full-cycle accounting: AP/AR, bank recs, GL, month-end close
Job costing and project financial analysis
Collaborating with project teams to ensure profitability
Leading reporting, forecasting, and process improvement efforts
Ideal candidate:
5–7 years of accounting experience (job costing/project-based a big plus)
Strong Excel skills and experience with tools like Sage or NetSuite
Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in sustainable tech
