Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Savannah, GA
Salary Rate: $100,000 - $150,000
Position Summary:
My client is a leader in the mechanical construction space, providing reliable support and installation for HVAC & Plumbing, Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Construction projects across the United States. WE are looking for a skilled project manager who has experience managing design/build projects from start to finish, in a mechanical construction setting. If that sounds like you, please apply.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong customer relationships and serve as a primary point of contact
- Review, update, and manage project schedules
- Oversee project budgets, procurement activities, and resource allocation
- Lead and coordinate the submittal process
- Manage purchase orders and subcontractor agreements
- Plan projects and maintain consistent communication with the project team
- Prepare monthly forecasts for projects exceeding $100K
- Assist with contract review and documentation
- Price, track, and manage Change Order Requests (CORs)
- Oversee project closeout requirements
- Manage Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Comply with all federal/state regulations and company policies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of experience in construction, design, project management, or finance.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, personnel, and materials in a fast paced environment with competing priorities.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Excellent customer relations skills and a collaborative working style.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
