A compounding pharmacy in the Dallas area (Highland Village / Frisco) is seeking an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to join its team. Position Highlights

Compensation: $160,000 ? $185,000 annually (based on experience and shift)

Schedule: Full-time or part-time; 2nd and 3rd shifts strongly preferred (1st shift available)

Key Responsibilities

Compound sterile preparations in compliance with USP <797>, USP <800>, and cGMP standards

Maintain aseptic technique and cleanroom requirements

Review prescriptions and verify compounding records for accuracy and safety

Oversee sterile production, labeling, and documentation

Conduct final product verification and release (when authorized)

Support audits, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement programs

Train and mentor pharmacy technicians in sterile compounding practices

Manage inventory of APIs and sterile components in accordance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications
-
PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited institution

Active Texas Pharmacist License (multi-state licensure a plus)
-
Minimum 2 years of sterile compounding experience (503A, 503B, or hospital IV room)

Knowledge of USP <797>, USP <800>, and cGMP requirements

Demonstrated proficiency in aseptic technique, gowning, and cleanroom operations

Strong documentation, quality assurance, and communication skills

CSPT or continuing education certifications preferred
