Salary Range: $60,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (OSHA, EPA).
- Conduct regular EHS inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Lead incident investigations for accidents, near misses, and environmental excursions, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs for all employees, covering topics such as hazard communication, LOTO, and emergency response.
- Manage hazardous waste streams, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and disposal in accordance with environmental regulations.
- Prepare and submit required EHS reports, permits, and documentation to regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with production management to integrate EHS best practices into daily manufacturing operations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related scientific/technical field.
- 3-5 years of dedicated EHS experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other federal/state EHS regulations applicable to manufacturing operations.
- Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs (e.g., LOTO, confined space, hazardous waste management).
- Demonstrated ability to conduct EHS audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and deliver EHS training.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar continuous improvement certification.
- Proficiency with EHS management software platforms (e.g., Intelex, Cority, ETQ Reliance).
- Fluency in a second language common to the local workforce (e.g., Spanish, Vietnamese).
- Experience leading or actively participating in an emergency response team or HAZMAT team.
