Who we are: We are a community outreach organization that partners with nationally recognized nonprofit groups to increase public awareness and donor support.
Our customer service associates are the front line of our outreach efforts. They engage with community members, answer questions about the organizations we represent, and guide supporters through becoming donors. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and welcomes. Whether handling transactions, providing suggestions and guiding customers through our events, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional service that keeps customers coming back.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their experience.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling and receipts
- Assist customers with product demos, upselling opportunities, and answering questions about clients merchandise.
Requirements
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar environments.
- Demonstrated supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey information and build rapport with customers and team members.
