Advanced Medical Centers is seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Rehab Director to join our growing integrative healthcare team, which includes medical providers, chiropractors, and physical therapists. This leadership role is ideal for a PTA who is passionate about patient-centered care and thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

The PTA Rehab Director will oversee daily rehabilitation operations while delivering high-quality therapeutic care to patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional conditions. The ideal candidate will work closely with our medical and chiropractic providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support pain relief, functional restoration, and long-term wellness.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Direct and manage the rehabilitation department under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and supervised exercise programs
  • Collaborate with medical, chiropractic, and physical therapy providers to deliver integrative care
  • Assist in care plan development, progression, and patient education
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, documentation, and best practices
  • Support staff training, scheduling, and rehab flow optimization

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Alabama
  • Experience in outpatient rehab, pain management, or integrative care preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for teamwork and whole-patient treatment approaches
