Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Texas SLP License (Texas Dept. of Licensing and Regulation)
  • ASHA Certification (if applicable)
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) for designated role; Monolingual candidates welcomed
  • Experience supervising/supporting SLPAs preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • References ready prior to interview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor SLPAs (Speech Language Pathology Assistants)
  • Oversee comprehensive case management and facilitate ARD meetings
  • Write goals, prepare paperwork, and complete re-evaluations
  • Manage caseloads (PK-8th grade, up to ~100 students), across 1-2 schools per assignment
  • Foster student growth and collaborate with school staff
