We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the interior construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects: manpower and materials
• Supervise and direct foreman and trade personnel
• Interface with project managers, general contractors, contractors, and more
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Conduct monthly foremen's meetings, trainings, and project updates for management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Working knowledge reading drawings, RFI's, door hardware schedules, etc.
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized Citizen.
• Background checks are required: Some projects require access to federal facilities
