This Outside Transportation Dispatcher role requires a resilient, proactive professional dedicated to coordinating field operations in challenging outdoor environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate physical endurance to work in extreme weather conditions while ensuring timely and efficient communication within a dispatch team. This position involves on-site adaptability, standing for extended periods, and managing critical logistical adjustments to support continuous transportation services.

Responsibilities
- Traffic control in a low speed /high traffic area.
- Coordinating traffic flow in accordance with the needs of the business, keeping personal safety and the safety of other as a priority,
- Coordinate field operations in real-time, monitoring weather conditions to ensure safety and service continuity.
- Maintain constant communication with colleagues via radio, phone, or all available systems, providing clear and concise instructions while standing or moving within operational zones.
- Monitor weather reports and emergency alerts to anticipate and respond to dynamic conditions.
- Document all dispatch activities, incident logs, and safety checks with high accuracy, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational disruptions swiftly, demonstrating strong work ethic and punctuality for all shifts and emergency call-outs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrate the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, showing physical stamina and endurance.
- Good English communication skill.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in transportation dispatch
- Familiarity with dispatch software, standard radio communication systems, and traffic predictability
- Knowledge of weather patterns, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures
