Parrish Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. The ideal candidate will answer customer calls and create support tickets in a timely and efficient manner. This position may be remote, hybrid, or in-office, depending on several factors and subject to an agreement with our company.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide accurate, timely, and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
- De-escalate situations with dissatisfied customers by offering professional, patient, and solution-oriented support.
- Work closely with other call center team members to continuously improve customer service performance.
- Assist in training new employees by sharing company processes, customer management strategies, and service expectations.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and call handling protocols.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards during all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Prior experience in IT support or a related field is helpful
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Part-time, 15 – 25 hours per week
