Bright Sky Therapy LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. This is a contract position providing in-home therapy services for children and families. We value flexibility and independence—therapists are empowered to create their own schedules while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients.

Position Highlights:

• Pay: $75-90 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Flexible – set your own hours
• Setting: In-home therapy
• Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized occupational therapy services to children in the home setting
• Develop and implement treatment plans that support functional, developmental, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other providers to promote client progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively
