\nPay Range: $92.00/hour
\nSchedule: 36 hours per week 6:45 am – 7:15 pm / 6:45 pm – 7:15 am (Rotational holiday with core staff; manager makes schedule—block scheduling allowed, especially for nights)

Requirements:

\n

\n
• 2 years of experience as an RN in ICU\n
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of critical care experience in ICU\n
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least BLS and ACLS\n
• Qualified applicants MUST have ICU experience, including CRRT and IABP; Impella preferred\n
• Preferred: PALS, NIHSS, TNCC\n
• Valid RN license\n
• Be willing to obtain State licensure\n

Responsibilities: As a healthcare professional in a clinical facility, you’ll help deliver safe, high-acuity care for critically ill patients with complex needs while supporting ICU workflow.

\n

\n

• Provide critical care as an RN in an 18-bed ICU (up to 27 beds by June/July 2023) with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2 (sometimes 1:3 for overflow/PCU downgrade).

  \n

• Manage hemodynamic monitoring and titratable therapies including vasopressors/sedation and common drips such as Levophed, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Heparin, and Insulin; ensure patient safety with ventilator/ARDS needs and complex post-procedure care.

  \n

• Support critical diagnoses and care areas such as sepsis, acute MI, renal patients, post vascular procedures, stroke/TIA, seizures, lumbar drains, CV procedures, and emergency department ICU/Stepdown boarding as needed; read telemetry strips and collaborate with the healthcare team.
