- Hospital/Surgical Center/Office Experience: You will work alongside our surgical team in both the hospital and surgical center setting along with conduction patient examinations in our private practice locations.
- Private Practice Setting: More consistent patient interactions, higher level of autonomy, and direct contribution to the growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic test interpretation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other team members to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Perform medical procedures and minor surgical interventions as appropriate to your specialty/skillset.
- Prescribe medications, provide patient education, and offer emotional support to patients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure in NJ .
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
