Duration: Contract, 12-18 months
Hours: 7:30am-4pm or 8am-4:30pm
Pay: $20-$25/hr.
Position Summary: Provide administrative and project coordination support to the Sales team by maintaining tracking tools and documentation for new store assignments, franchisee folders, floorplan-based workbooks, and remodel activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organized and maintained project folders and Excel workbooks for each customer, including key details and documentation
- Supported remodel and rebranding projects by tracking items, managing files, and ensuring accuracy of all materials
- Maintained a master tracker to monitor progress across multiple store locations
- Review and verify project documents, including forms and CAD files
- Communicated effectively across teams and drafted professional correspondence
Key Skills / Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency with Excel and maintaining multiple workbooks/tracking sheets.
- Organized document management and file/folder creation.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate across stakeholders.
- Clear written communication and follow-up.
- Problem solving skills and strong time management.
