Role Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist (Hybrid) to support our billing operations. This role will be responsible for accurately inputting customer, order, and invoice data into our internal systems to ensure smooth billing cycles. You’ll play a key role in keeping our financial workflows timely, precise, and well-documented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter billing and invoice data into internal system.
- Process daily sales transactions and purchase orders for domestic and international shipments.
- Verify customer account details and update information as needed.
- Cross-check data with sales and logistics departments to prevent billing discrepancies.
- Monitor electronic billing queues and assist with invoice generation.
- Support the finance team with end-of-month reporting and account reconciliation tasks.
- Maintain data confidentiality and compliance with internal audit standards.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum 6 months of data entry experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Strong attention to detail
