Seasonal Receptionist (April 1 – September 20)
Full-Time • 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Our organization is seeking a friendly, organized Seasonal Receptionist to support our mission and serve as a welcoming presence for all who contact or visit us during our busy spring and summer season.
Position Overview
The Seasonal Receptionist provides front‐desk hospitality and administrative support from April 1 through September 20. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, offering warm customer service, and helping ensure smooth daily operations in a faith‐centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Provide general information to guests and community members
- Perform light administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and mail handling
- Support staff with basic office tasks as needed
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Qualifications
- Friendly, welcoming demeanor
- Strong communication and customer‐service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfort working in a Christian, mission‐driven environment
- Basic computer and office skills
