The role and responsibilities

As a Sales Director, you will play a critical role in Tiger Analytics' success by leading, developing, and executing sales strategies for consulting services to direct clients (North America and regional focus) and by establishing, maintaining, and growing our relationships with key technology partners. A Sales Executive helps grow Tiger Analytics' business by finding, nurturing, and closing new sales opportunities for our consulting services. The role requires 50% travel, and the candidate must be located in a major metro area.

  • Experienced and Skilled – You bring 10–15 years of experience in consulting sales, delivery, or a hands-on technical role, with a proven ability to deliver measurable results and exceed targets. You understand the Google landscape, ask insightful questions to uncover pain points, qualify needs, and effectively position complex services.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed quarterly/annual sales targets in all practice areas (Data Engineering, Managed Services, Machine Learning, and Analytics) Co-sell with Google and other Google ecosystem partners to deliver transformative data and AI engineering services and solutions to enterprise clients
  • Drive and execute lead generation activities (cold calls, email campaigns, social outreach, regional events, etc.) to grow market share and regional awareness
  • Partner with internal teams (Alliances, Solution Architects, Practice Leaders, etc.) to scope and present solutions to prospects and clients
  • Take full accountability for the Tiger Analytics brand in your territory and accounts, including all sales, delivery, and overall customer success
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to identify key stakeholders, champions, and budget owners across various business units
  • Accurately forecast, manage deals, and maintain sales pipeline health
    Complete and embrace training for continuous improvement and company initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology services; experience in cloud, data, or AI services is a plus
  • Proven experience in co-selling with technology partners; experience working with Google is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience focused on selling AI/ML and Data Engineering services/solutions
  • Strong understanding of at least one or two industries (e.g., Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, Pharma) and key business domains (e.g., Marketing, Pricing, Supply Chain), including standard data and analytics use cases
  • ·Demonstrated ability to position complex data and analytics offerings, build strong relationships, and engage stakeholders across all levels to identify goals and clarify requirements
  • Familiarity with leading data and analytics platforms and technologies (including cloud ecosystems like Google Cloud Platform)
  • Proven success in navigating complex sales cycles—from initial contact to presentations, solution design, proposals, and SOW development to final closure.
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed presales, partnerships, and solutioning teams to execute sales strategies
  • Ability to craft compelling proposals, develop SOWs, and lead contract/pricing negotiations
  • Track record of closing deals $250K+ in size that evolve into long-term, multi-million-dollar client relationships
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with strong executive presence
  • A collaborative and inclusive mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Comfortable with travel up to 50% based on business needs
  • Experience in partner/channel sales, especially co-selling advanced analytics solutions with platform partners. Background in presales or technical sales engineering roles

  • Ability to travel up to 50%. Must be ok to work/travel in the PST and CST time zone.
