This is not your average AR job.

We need someone who caresabout accuracy, about our customers, and about doing things right the first time. You wont just enter datayoull put the pieces together to tell the full billing story, get us paid, and keep our customer relationships strong.
Youll crush this role if you:
- Notice what others miss. You spot a small mistake and fix it because that's the way it should be.
- Care deeply about the quality of your workbecause your name is on it.
- Ask why?not out of defiance, but because you want to understand and do it better.
- Can gather info from field tickets, ops notes, and vehicle tracking to make clean, accurate invoices.
- Know that our customers are the lifeblood of the businessand treating them right is non-negotiable.
- Dont need to be reminded or babysatyou handle your business. Every time.
What We Can Train:
- Our invoicing tools and systems (OpenInvoice, Bill.com, Ariba/SAP, etc.)
- How to navigate customer protocols and requirements
- Oil & gas-specific billing practices and terminology
What We Cant Train:
- A sharp eye for detail
- Taking pride in your work
- Showing up and following through
- Wanting to step up and be a reliable, diligent team member
Bonus Points (But Not Dealbreakers):
- Experience in oil & gas services
- QuickBooks Online familiarity
- Spanish/English bilingual
