Bilingual front desk receptionist (English and Spanish).

Candidate must have some experience in handling phone calls and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Must be self-directed and well organized
  • Must be willing to work extended hours
  • Must be able to work under time constraints
  • Highly motivated and with a desire to work in a team environment
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish

Duties:

  • Greet visitors
  • Answering and directing multiple telephone lines
  • Calendar scheduling
  • Clerical duties/tasks as assigned (scanning, filing, invoicing and entering data)
  • Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
  • Retrieve files for personnel and clients
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures
  • Familiar with office equipment such as computer, printers, scanners, etc.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be able to work well with others
  • Must be able to multitask

Education and Experience

  • knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office (Excel and Word)
  • problem-solving
  • high school diploma

We are looking for a competent office clerkto perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office and be capable of providing the best first impression for our firm. Employment offers will be contingent upon a clear background check. Vacation pay and paid time off is available after one year of creditable employment.
