Service Technician- Pool Industry
Easton Select Group is a leader in the construction, installation and service of in-ground swimming pools.
This position would be working in our service department as a key contributor to 3000+ service calls. Service calls equate to pool openings, pools closings, pump repairs, plumbing, leaks, etc.
The in-field service technician role is seasonal with an ideal job starting in early April and job end in November. The wage will be based on experience level. Time and ½ will be paid for all hours over 40 on a weekly basis. All positions are full time seasonal with an early spring start and a late spring finish each year.
Job Type: Seasonal (Anticipated April–November)
Focus: Independent work on standard service tasks.Skills: Solid troubleshooting, customer communication.Responsibilities:Complete service calls independently.Diagnose and repair basic & advanced issues.Provide clear updates to customers and supervisors.Mentor Level 1 techs occasionally.
Qualifications:
- Experience serving in ground swimming pools a plus.
- Mechanically inclined a must
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 to 75 lbs
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-motivated and good attitude
- Proven problem-solving skills
