Position: Director of Nursing – Long Term Care
Setting: Skilled Nursing
Type: Direct Hire (Full-Time, Salaried/Exempt)
Schedule: Varied schedule, 1.0 FTE
Start Date: ASAP
Relocation Bonus: Available (final amount determined at offer)
Requirements:
• Active RN license (unencumbered)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• BLS required
• Minimum 5 years RN experience
• Long-Term Care experience as a DON strongly preferred
Role Highlights:
• Oversight of nursing operations for a skilled nursing population
• Lead survey readiness, regulatory compliance & QA/QAPI initiatives
• Develop annual budgets, staffing plans, and performance standards
• Ensure high-quality resident care and drive clinical excellence
• Supervise nursing personnel and support interdisciplinary coordination
