Employing the nursing process, you will deliver patient care while maintaining professional accountability for the care of assigned patients. Available in Full-time & Part-time | Day and Night Shifts
Our Nurse Residency Program for Medical-Surgical services is tailored for both new graduates and experienced nurses, aimed at enhancing critical thinking, communication, and clinical skills through practical experience and mentorship. You will learn from Advanced Nurse Clinicians and leaders who will support your development both in the classroom and at the bedside. Begin your career with confidence!

Qualifications for RN:
- Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited institution; BSN is preferred
- License: Must hold a current RN Temporary Permit or RN license in the State of Missouri
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (CPR) certification from the American Heart Association
