Position Overview
The Residential HVAC Installer is a hands-on field role focused on installing heating and cooling systems with precision, safety, and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with customers, and wants to grow with a company that values excellence.
As the install department scales, there will be opportunities for leadership, advanced technical training, and expanded responsibilities.
Compensation & Benefits
- $25/hr to $30/hr depending on experience
- 80 hours paid time off (PTO) after year 1

Key Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding project updates and needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist with start-ups, commissioning, and testing
- Document job details accurately using company software
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, high-quality installations
- Identify opportunities to improve installation processes or materials
- Represent the company with professionalism and customer-first service
What We're Looking For
- Experience installing residential HVAC systems
- Strong understanding of installation best practices and code requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer communication and professionalism
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Physically able to work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
- EPA certification preferred
