Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll play a crucial role in helping young learners develop essential communication skills, collaborating with dedicated educators, families, and multidisciplinary colleagues to foster student growth and academic achievement.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct thorough speech-language evaluations and assessments for students with diverse communication needs
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in line with IEP goals
- Provide both direct and indirect therapy services tailored to student requirements
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation, progress tracking, and compliance records
- Engage actively in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to multidisciplinary teams
- Work alongside teachers, occupational therapists, psychologists, and administrators to support student success in the classroom
- Offer expert consultation and practical recommendations for classroom strategies
- Monitor ongoing progress and refine intervention approaches as necessary
Ideal Candidate:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Holds a valid Georgia SLP license and/or required educator certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows with strong potential are welcome to apply
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience is valued, though not required
- Exceptional communication, organization, and collaborative skills
