Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assist primary teacher with activities and instruction</li>
<li>Maintain records of student progress and needs</li>
<li>Help keep learning areas tidy and safe</li>
<li>Provide a welcoming, inclusive learning atmosphere for all students</li>
<li>Support children with special or individual needs</li>
<li>Support teachers in managing class behavior</li>
</ul>
Requirements and Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience working with young children in a licensed educational environment</li>
<li>A passion for early childhood education and helping children grow in positive ways</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>First Aid and CPR certification - Preferable</li>
<li>Valid food handling permit - Preferable</li>
</ul>
