Starting at $19.00 per hour
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) looking for a rewarding opportunity? Affirmed Home Care is actively seeking experienced Per Diem HHAs to support our valued clients throughout Nassau County including towns in Port Washington, Garden City, Glen Cove and more!
Responsibilities Include:
- Personal care assistance
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as an HHA
- Valid NYS HHA Certificate
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED)
- Physical exam (within 1 year)
- PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
- MMR immunizations (within 10 years)
