- The Student Services Technician is a key member of the Student Engagement and Recruitment Team (SERT) and plays a vital role in supporting the college’s strategic enrollment goals.
- This position is responsible for high-touch outreach, relationship-building, and student engagement efforts designed to increase enrollment and ensure successful onboarding.
- The technician serves as a student-centered resource by guiding individuals from an initial inquiry through enrollment.
