The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting multiple departments within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. As part of a small administrative team, this role ensures smooth office operations by managing schedules, correspondence, and a variety of office tasks using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized office management software. Occasional local travel may be required to support team and office needs.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple departments
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases
  • Handle correspondence management and maintain filing systems
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare reports
  • Manage office supplies and process invoices
  • Arrange travel and support customer service activities
  • Maintain documentation and support database maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years in administrative support
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management
