A-Line Staffing is now hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Erie, PA. The LPNs would be working for a Fortune 500 company and have career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

LPN Compensation

• The pay for this position is $40–$45 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

LPN Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:00pm) or 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:00am), 5x8s per week, including every other weekend and rotating holidays

LPN Responsibilities

• Provide practical nursing care to individuals with mental or physical injuries, illnesses, or developmental disabilities
• Implement nursing care plans, administer and document medications/treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition and behavior
• Record vital signs, collect specimens, and maintain documentation and reports
• Support daily living and recreational activities as part of the treatment plan
• Oversee unlicensed personnel and manage a designated care area
• Perform all duties under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician

LPN Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license or eligibility to sit for the Practical Nurse Licensure Exam
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to enter data into electronic medical records
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

LPN Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in behavioral health, long-term care, or similar settings
