Salary Range: $61,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and optimize CMM inspection programs from CAD models and blueprints.
- Interpret complex engineering drawings, GD&T specifications, and quality requirements.
- Operate CMM machinery to execute inspection programs and collect precise measurement data.
- Analyze measurement results, identify non-conformances, and generate comprehensive inspection reports.
- Perform first-article inspections (FAI) and in-process quality checks using CMM programs.
- Troubleshoot and debug CMM programs and measurement processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and manage a library of CMM programs and associated documentation.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience programming CMMs in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with CMM programming software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or MCOSMOS.
- Expert-level understanding and application of GD&T principles and blueprint reading.
- Ability to interpret and work with 2D and 3D CAD models for inspection program development.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, validating, and optimizing CMM inspection programs.
Bonus Qualifications
- Advanced GD&T application and interpretation skills
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis
- Proficiency in CAD software for design review and fixture conceptualization
- Experience with multi-sensor metrology systems (e.g., vision, laser scanning)
