Electrical Prefabrication Associate (Entry Level)
Location: Palmetto, FL 34221
Pay: $16/hour (Wage increase available upon permanent employment based on attendance and productivity)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent

Job Description:
We are hiring Electrical Prefabrication Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This entry-level position involves assembling electrical components and wiring used in commercial and multifamily projects. Training is provided.
Duties Include:
• Assemble and test electrical components
• Cut, strip, and prepare wire
• Package finished products
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Assist with general production tasks
Requirements:
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Clean background required
• Non-smoker (site requirement)
• English preferred but not required
