Located in Euclid, Ohio, Mount St. Joseph Rehab Center is a 90 bed faith based facility with a mission to provide quality care and service to our residents with compassion, love and understanding. Our facility is a newer facility in a lovely nature setting, all private rooms, ample supplies and equipment to promote delivery of care.
Mount St Joseph Rehab Center has a wonderful opportunity an RN as our Director of Nursing. 3-4 years as a Director of Nursing and leadership of the clinical services team with a passion to serve and care for the elderly population.
As the Director of Nursing, your responsibilities include but are not limited to planning, organizing, developing and directing the delivery of clinical care; ensuring quality care provided with a compassionate and caring manner to our residents, compliance with state and federal regulations. Our ideal candidate will have strong understanding and experience with promoting clinical competencies, customer service, employee relations; excellent communication skills, and, ability to foster and promote an interdisciplinary team approach to meet the needs of our residents and acknowledge the skills and efforts of our employees.
