About Our Organization
Our organization, like every office we support, is tailored to the community and the patients we serve. With the assistance of a practice manager and a highly trained on-site team, along with a vast network of experts nationwide, you will have access to all the resources and support necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid dental hygienist license in Ohio and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
- Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- Current CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
- At least one year of clinical experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and development of clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care and overall dental health maintenance.
- Clinical needs as required by the office.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodation. Accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds occasionally.
- Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
- As part of our commitment to a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, with necessary guidance provided. This requirement does not apply in the states of FL & TN.
