The ideal candidate is passionate about food, creating memorable guest experiences, and developing a positive, collaborative team. You’ll lead kitchen operations, mentor staff, maintain food quality and consistency, and help achieve financial and operational goals.

What We’re Seeking
- 4+ years leading a high-volume, full-service kitchen as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef
- Proven executive-level leadership with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a strong culinary team
- Track record of fostering a positive, collaborative culture that drives performance and excellence
- Exceptional organizational and operational skills with attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable, with a passion for culinary innovation and elevating the guest experience
