With over 15 clinics across Oregon and growing, we’re seeking passionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver functional, patient-centered primary care.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide integrative primary care
- Diagnose/manage acute & chronic conditions
- Create personalized treatment plans (lifestyle, hormones, prescriptions)
- Educate and support patients in preventive and functional medicine
- Collaborate with nutritionists, behavioral health providers, and clinical support staff
- Build lasting patient relationships
Qualifications:
- Oregon-licensed NP, PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligible)
- Board certified (Family Med, Internal Med, or related)
- Interest in functional, lifestyle, and preventive medicine
