Great opportunity to join a small CPA firm and take on immediate responsibilities. Searching for an experienced bookkeeper or accountant. Work with tax preparation or processing is a plus. Position can be flexible and can be structured as full time or part time.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of bookkeeping and payroll experience or similar
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office products
- Must have a client-oriented, customer service personality
Responsibilities include:
- Monthly bookkeeping for clients
- Processing of payroll and payroll tax returns
- Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
- Processing of tax returns and communications with clients
- General filing and other office duties, as needed
- Ad-hoc projects as required
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
