Job Description Summary:
As a Product Specialist at Avivatech, you will serve as a subject-matter expert across our cash automation and cash management solutions supporting both retail and banking customers. This role focuses on demonstrating products, supporting customer engagements, assisting with testing and validation, and collaborating across teams to ensure our solutions are accurately represented from demo through deployment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced, growing fintech environment.
Job Duties and Tasks:
- Duty #1: Product advocate and functional subject matter expert for all Avivatech products and services:
- Task #1: Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge and expertise of all Avivatech software solutions. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), it is your responsibility to be well-versed in the company's products, so that you can provide accurate and helpful answers to any questions posed by colleagues within the organization.
- Task #2: Take charge of maintaining complete and up-to-date product documentation, especially when enhancements and changes are implemented in the existing products. This entails ensuring that various documents, such as Product Requirement Documents, user manuals, and product sheets for marketing and sales purposes, are kept current and reflect the latest features and functionalities of the products.
- Task #3: Act as the primary point of contact for collecting ideas and feedback from different departments, leveraging your expertise as a product specialist.
- Duty #2: Demonstrations, Presentations & Training:
- Lead end-to-end demonstrations of Avivatech’s cash management solutions for prospective and existing customers and partners, showcasing operational workflows and integration points.
- Customize demo environments and scenarios to reflect real-world client use cases and business processes.
- Partner with the Sales team during pre-sales engagements to support presentations, proof-of-concepts, and client evaluations.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams (Sales, Support, QA, Implementation) to strengthen understanding of solution capabilities and workflows.
- Participate in post-demo reviews to provide feedback, capture enhancement ideas, and improve future demonstration experiences
- Duty #3: Product advocate and functional subject matter expert for Avivatech products and services:
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new solution releases, updates, and integrations.
- Validate workflows and confirm that updates align with customer expectations and operational requirements.
- Document and report bugs or issues through DevOps or equivalent systems and collaborate with QA and Development teams on resolution.
- Support pilot testing and pre-release validation for key client environments.
- Duty #4: Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between Product Management, Sales, Development, QA, and Support to ensure consistent communication and solution alignment.
- Support Marketing with demo content, solution knowledge, and insights for campaigns and events.
- Partner with Support and Implementation teams to ensure training materials, documentation, and setup guides are accurate and current.
- Provide actionable feedback to Product and Development based on demo experiences, testing, and customer input.
- Support pilot testing and pre-release validation for key client environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, OR equivalent practical experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Product, Implementation, Sales Support, or Customer Success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements of the Job:
- Works effectively in a business office environment (Alpharetta, GA).
- Home office work environment that includes: a desk, chair, internet connection, etc.
- 40 hours a week with opportunity for occasional overtime
- Available for occasional after-hours consultation with clients and/or management across time-zones.
