$22 - $26 an hour + Full benefits, PTO, 401K Match

In this role, you will support our team by handling a blend of administrative tasks, order entry, and customer support. You will play an essential part in keeping daily operations organized, assisting clients with inquiries, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and enter customer orders, ensuring all product details, pricing, and shipping information are correct
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing support with product questions, order updates, backorders, and general inquiries
  • Manage and maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and client communications within internal systems
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment, resolve shipping issues, and track delivery status
  • Support the sales team by preparing order forms, updating account information, and assisting with inventory checks
  • Perform general administrative duties including scheduling, document preparation, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
  • Assist with returns, exchanges, and product issues by gathering details, processing requests, and ensuring proper follow-through
  • Review incoming emails, identify priority items, and route messages appropriately to internal departments
  • Support ongoing operational projects and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency across the team

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work independently as well as with a team
