Position Summary
The Office Manager / Executive Assistant is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, managing office logistics, and providing high-level support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. This is an in-office opportunity located in Arlington, Virginia.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all administrative operations of the Arlington office, including facilities management, office appearance, supply inventory, vendor relations, mail distribution, and coordination with building management.

Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for designated senior leaders.

Coordinate and document meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and recording minutes for Officer and Executive Committee meetings.

Process invoices related to office and HR expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Support planning and execution of on-site and off-site events.

Maintain organized records and ensure the security of confidential and sensitive information.

Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in office management and/or executive support.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and staff at all levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint), including advanced functions such as mail merges and pivot tables.

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.

Commitment to professionalism, discretion, and maintaining confidentiality.
