No two days are the same and you’ll work with supportive coworkers in a clean, safe environment.
Position: Manufacturing Associate
Location: O'Fallon, MO
Pay: $18/hour
Assignment Length: 6 months (with potential overtime on Fridays)
Shifts Available (Monday–Thursday):
- 5:30am – 4:00pm
- 6:00am – 4:30pm
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assembling single-use microsurgical instruments for minimally invasive surgeries
- Carefully following written procedures and safety guidelines
- Collaborating with a wonderful team to meet daily goals
- Inspecting products to ensure quality standards
- Keeping your work area organized and clean
We’d Love to See:
- A high school diploma
- Some experience with manufacturing or small parts assembly
- Steady work history
- Good attention to detail and basic math skills
- Ability to communicate comfortably in English
- Willingness to learn microscope work (we’ll train you!)
- Your own reliable transportation (no bus service available)
