We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented Business Analyst to support data-driven decision making across the organization. In this hands-on analytics role, you’ll analyze large datasets, build and maintain performance dashboards, and partner with teams such as marketing, operations, and sales to translate data into actionable insights. You will help shape strategic financial decisions, integrate data from multiple sources into scalable models, and improve reporting automation and analytics infrastructure.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic analytics partner across the organization, collaborating with planning, marketing, operations, and sales channel leaders to align Business data insights with defined operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth priorities
- Influence strategic financial decision making by conducting advanced analysis to identify trends, assess performance, and deliver recommendations that shape executive decision-making
- Partner with our existing data infrastructure partners bringing together various eCommerce and Wholesale disparate data sources into data models that can be leveraged by BI tools used by technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Lead the build out and continuous improvement of our performance analytics dashboards and reporting with a focus on scalability, automation, and efficiency gains
- Champion the accuracy and oversee the integrity of all enterprise-level data in tandem with our system administrators by translating complex business needs into specific data requirements
- Be a key stakeholder and developer of Free Fly's next-gen analytics strategy & technology stack alongside our operations teams & systems administrators
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or business-related field (e.g., Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar)
- 1-2 years of experience managing partnerships with cloud data infrastructure partners like Glew.io, Redshift, or Snowflake
- Proficiency and hands-on experience building or maintaining dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Previous working experience in roles related to data validation, reporting automation, or data transformations
